Bench wise, I think its going ok. I am a wider one though.

I’ll have to measure and see. Now that I think about it, the benches at 24 hour I can re-rack fine, it was a few at rmlc that i had trouble with . I gotta measure. My fingers definitely are past the lil lines, my pointer fingers are on the lines. 72 or so inch arm span on my monkey ass.

front squats 115x5,135x4,155x3 x 2 sets,175x2 x 5sets
bench 70x5,85x4, 100x3x 2sets, 115x2 x2sets, 105x3,95x5, 80x7
front squats 115x5,135x5x2 sets, 155x 4 x 5 sets. i did another set to piss of a guy who was trying to invade my space.

ALSO: I’ve dropped energy drinks…i know. In an effort to cut back on spending. Also I’ve gotten so hooked on them form working nights to give me workout pump, but now after massive ingestion they have minimal effect :frowning:

and they aren’t cheap . Will NEVER give up on my Diet Mtn. Dew. I pull money out of savings for my dew.

I gave them up awhile ago…even when I was dragging ass.
I like knowing I CAN get through a workout without an energy drink.

Not true!! I have more energy now of course because of my meds but there’s no crash after.

Wow, I need some of your arm span. Mine’s 64 inches (at 5’7). Good for benching I guess, but sucky for any pulling exercises.

Hey Cal :slight_smile: well…my arms…would be ok to swim if they had any muscle on em or lats.

I quite enjoy my monkey arms. Only issue I’ve ever had with them is for benching. They are long and can reach amazing heights on shelves!! And allow me to be further away from wild, asshole spitting and screaming cats at work. Oh and um…doesn’t hurt on deadlifts :slight_smile:

BOOOOOYA!!! I finally got my state income tax back…now I can finish The Kraken–(octopussy). I won’t lie its been nice not being sore and healing for the last 2 months, and its not fun, but it needs to be finished.

I forgot to mention that i also was sore from the deads from pins I did wednesday. My LATS, My ass. Those NEVER get sore and they were :smiley:

Also surprisingly the arches of my feet. I think that’s because I did lunges barefoot on slippery chalky floor.

Today my quads are feeling fibrous. AND MY ASS. Again, it just goes to show how fucking little I know about anything, two haphazard weeks of just doing things in a plan have woken up stuff.

It’s funny how shoes and floors etc can affect you. I remember getting hideous DOMS in my tibialis anterior after walking three miles in Crocs. That’ll teach me.

Cal–why do people wear crocs? I think the same thing because lots of people at my job wear them. nurses too…but i’d be crawling my way around just like you did. they have these gigantic hideous super expensive nurse shoes that would be horrible, no purchase eon cement floor which is what i work on! !

But I have a pair of plastic ones myself my mom gave me. I’ve never owned a real pair so they could be amazing.

That’s why I like to do my ohs, front, and any other sq’s stuff at 24 hour fitness vs the wonderful always empty rmlc-lifting club down the street. the amount of chalk on the floor makes it so slippery on my lifting shoes :{ sucks too. But its better for deadlfting there because they have round plates and a loader.
