I AM SO FUCKED about food too! I will NOT eat in front of anyone either. I used to have to find weird places at work so I could hide away and eat without anyone seeing me. And even then I was so paranoid someone would walk in and see me, Lol.

Now a days I would never want anyone to see the disgustingly large pile of vegetables I’m eating. That’s like how I control binging or whatever. I mean, literally, my table is covered in spinach leaves when I eat because the plate wont hold them all.
My appetite is just too huge. It’s like there is a morbidly obese woman living inside of me and I have to shut her up with broccoli or she will make me fat, ha.

anyway, HORRAHH for being totally wonky in the head. high five

WELL. This Sheiko thing…for one its good because I’m benching and I never bench. For two its good… because FOR FUCKS SAKE IT MAKES ME WANT TO DO MORE. MAKES ME HUNGRY for reps…

I know its only the first week, and its a beginners program–I think? number 29. So I will probably bite my tongue later. But MAN. I did the friday thing for week one, using front squats instead of back squats–since I’m going for a better front sq–and it …my disciple is being tested. I just love those front squats…and i wanted to rep out SO BAD. But I didn’t. It’ll come. I have to give this a shot, and I will.

I blasted through, and had to do the front squats first since all the benches were in use and ended up super setting shit. I HAVE TO BE GOOD. Like harry says…stick to it. MUAHHHHHHHH. I’m such a spoiled brat with my old training…so spoiled >:{

so this is what i did
front squats 105x5, 125x4,145x3 x 2 sets, 160x3 x 5 sets
benching 70x5, 80x5, 95x4,100 x 3 x 2 sets, 110x2 x 2 sets, 100x3 x 2sets, 95x4, 85x6, 65x8
gms 115x5x5 sets
only 2 sets of flies 15x10 no excuse except i was bored.

MUST STICK TO IT. MUST

EDIT: I forgot to say that I’m redoing the shoulder thing, the first 4 weeks at least. I need to reawaken those lil string back muscles…ytmls and shit. I can probably do that on my days between the whole sheiko days

Sheiko isn’t about repping shit out Brutiful :slight_smile:
you need to look at the overall picture - you’ve front squated 160lbs 15 times. holy hell.

If by week 3 you are still itching for more I would suggest adding 10lbs to your squat max.
When I’m done the last set of squats, I’m tanked.

Also with all this benching, taking care of your shoulders is a smart thing. I always run through a dozen dislocates before the bench.

Hey Oleena! OH boy…yes. My Leptin levels are probably all to shit. After years of holding off food, then eating then over eating then etc…etc. That’s one thing for sure. I rarely get hungry, typically I start to eat and THEN get hungry as I’m eating. and I typically have trouble telling if I’m full until its way to late and I’m totally full.

Yeah, I dunno?? I never had any eating disorders, but as far back as I can remember I have had the most insane, out of control appetite EVER.

When I was a little girl my family and I would go out for dinner (I was like 8) and I ordered the cannelonni(sp), adult sized portion obviously. BUT we told them they needed to add an extra one to the portion and to charge us more because it just wasn’t enough…
Same thing at christmas time. I could eat more breakfast than my 230 pound uncle.

Sheiko is volume but no crazy glory repping. Your working set is usually 80% max effort 4x3 or similar so that amongst all the volume you repped near max a solid dozen times. It gets you really comfortable really quickly with the heavier stuff.

ok. here’s a different view of my strange squats from today. this is how i do them naturally. Now i see I have my hands pretty close? and with a full on screwball. fuck it if i know. Any comments will be appreciated

ALSO: I’ve been eating meat and quasi lowish carb. …I want valentines conversation hearts bad. Mostly because my mouth taste like a cows’ ass <–massive protein meat intake.
