no its a full on project with my sister the engineer. I’m probably going to have to end up cutting it out since it slides around in my septum to much to keep it still so I can unscrew it. Its one of those ear plugs for a gauged ear but in my septum, a barbell that screws into an end piece… Its old as shit, made of steel possibly and either is corroded or has disgusting body fluid black stains on it.

Every six months or so i get freaked out and want to try and get it out…every 6 months I fail.

As for the stridex!! my co-worker/vet told em to try stridex!! but nigel lost it!! Apparently witch hazel works and doesn’t sting. that’s next. Now i have a box of stridex on my counter. It smells like highschool!!!

front sq worked up to singles of 190. So 4 successful singles and then a bomb.
back squats 225x8,255x3,275,290 x 4 singles. Probably 3 out of the four were questionable depth and not the best form but what the fuck ever. one was good. just trying to get used to the wt on my back again :slight_smile:

Also I am CRAZY. …so I caution anyone to take my advice! I’ve been tinkering with wts for a while, seriously in the pl department for 2 years if you call my style serious. I will say when I started training for my first meet as the serious set point which was in feb of 2010.

when I first was introductory bench was not even the bar–which its not much now.
max sq was skewed for a while since i didn’t go to depth so i can’t give a real answer on that.
max dead was 280-300 ish for YEARS until about 2 years ago. now its not a whole lot higher at 336. and it hasn’t budged in over a year in my spastic last 13 months of shity stuff.

But I’m no lil thing. I got mad beef, so my numbers may look big, but compared to my wt they aren’t so much!

today was interesting. I decided to try a program after a disappointing dl day attempt. I’ve been influenced by frenchie!!

Sheiko it is. I did day one, but i’m swapping the back sq for fronts after today. I just want a better front sq and reps on back squatting isn’t for me. one movement where i do NOT like to rep out.

Also I bought 4 plates–as in dinner–today. I haven’t had any the entire time I’ve lived in my denver place–2 and a half years. trying to be all grown up an stuff now. Gave back all the rubber mate containers I’d been eating out of to my mom. I’m so mature :smiley:

Mim and My Hallowed-- i guess I DID have plates at one time but they since melted in the microwave. I usually eat out of Rubbermaid containers…I’m strange and enjoy the shape of them . plates just…spread everything out so much! I had to cut bowls out of my life because when i like eating out of bowls way to much so bowl related food I avoid–cereal, oatmeal, … anything I have to eat in a bowl I fucking nosh on too much.

To further display my neurosis, the one thing I actually am quite self conscious about to this day is eating in front of people.

Because I eat WEIRD. And its probably/is really unappetizing and distracting to others. Part of the whole ED past. At first it was I felt I wasn’t worth the privilege of consuming food, then evolved to savoring every bit of food i did allow myself to eat–eating in little bits, picking it apart , eating things one at a time as in meat, then lettuce, then the bread of sandwich-- then evolved to having been forced to eat every thing i was presented and watched to make sure I didn’t hide it I clean my plate and or Rubbermaid container every time. I honestly never leave a piece of my serving uneaten.

So it makes me self conscious. Now being my age I’m pretty open to telling people why i’m weird but then again I get tired of telling people who I don’t feel deserve to know my fucking psychosis. I absolutely despise going out to eat to this day. I’ll do it, but the person treating me will never know what kinda stupid sacrifice it is to me in my land of madness…unless they’ve known me a while. because its never really fun or a treat for me, its a farce of me pretending to be enjoying a stressful event…that last for hours…

that also being said, I typically loose A LOT of weight when I live with someone or date someone because I don’t really eat! And I forget about it. My whole satiety sensor in my brain is fucked.
