today i went to get snap’s belt from rmlc ( thank you snap!!!)
…and was shocked that it fit. even more shocked that that’s how fucking tight they are supposed to be! Dan the owner–a renowned lifter himself–fit it on me and everything…so i guess this is how it goes!
i tried some sq but could not get it to go for me. its going to take time.
i ended up doing wide stance back sq on my own. i used a rack that was strange at 24 hour so i stopped to touchthe fucking safety on each. i have no clue what i’m up to with my sq

It took me awhile to get used to squatting in a belt. I did three meets before I started using it. The belt is on my geared setting. I wear it one notch tighter when I’m raw. It’s just to give you an idea of a tapered belt, Brute. I’m missing my purple beauty already.

THEN some strange life stuff that had unfolded, folded up again for good! now tossed away in the trash! oh my All i can say is thank god. It perked me up and made me laugh a huge belly laugh of sick self satisfation!

Today was the first day in like 3 weeks or so of not eating bread. It’s going to be a bit of a dicey transition diet wise, but it was oatmeal and protein and broccoli today. I gotta clean up a lot more but this hump of addiction is DONES-ZO!
After today no more oatmeal wither since I only have a little container. Droppin that once its gone. I’ve enjoyed my carb tastic bit. But I have to quit before it gets too bad and too hard to fix the squish. If i get nauseous eating meat and protein again…i’ll just be nauseous.
So so far I’ve gotten cardio back into the mix without too much of a fuss, so that’s step one! Diet clean up is the next awful…hardest one.
That’s interesting to me. Usually lots of bready things hurt my stomach and I get nauseous. Meat and veggies feels the best but they don’t taste as gooood lol
