155x5 x 3 sets, 185x5 x 3 sets, 205x4 x 3 sets, 210, 215, 225…that’s it
reverse hyper extensions-- i tried it with weigh and uh…yeah, its hard! i only did it with an added 20 pounds–ten per side and could only do 7

Those DLs and overhead squats are fantastic! I must admit that I’ve never even tried an overhead squat before, although I don’t know why. I can clean and jerk 80 lb. or so. You are a beast.

So the 181s. I was just kidding about competing against you. I’m in the 114s. Oh, you will not make a fool out of yourself. Of course, this is a common concern. But everyone’s too worried about hitting their own lifts to make much ado about anyone else. I have found everyone to be extremely supportive!
