I have a Sansa player which has survived numerous drops on cement, falls in puddles ect…they’re tough little suckers. I’ve had it for 4 years now.

overhead squats 115x15, 125x10, 135x8, 140x2 a PR but not very many reps, but word!then 115x8,x7,x7,x7
front squats 135x15,x12, x10, 145x8,x8,x8,135x12,x10,x5
ghetto ghr’s3sets of 8-10, some glute activation exercises
then some weird squats. i flipped the set up around so i was not facing the mirror in an attempt to help get me ready for the meet thing. …and i got way confused, since now i facing the stream of fellow gym goers. i did this last week and it went fine, but it was also 3am and i had the place to myself. I think the people distracted me. I hope it was that. 135, 185, 225, 245, that’s it.
i think on friday i’m going to head to RMLC and get a month membership…if i can budget it. I wanna see if they have a ghr’s bench thing. if so then i’m there…maybe. i really would never get to go since i go to the gym at either way early hours or very late at night.

yeah, I’ve been a memeber before at RMLC , but i didn’t know what half the equipment was there. I’m sure they have one now that i think of it. I doubt i 'll get a membership…unless my new work schedule some how makes my waking functional gym hours different…bleh.

I believe they have 24-hour code access now. So that should suit your schedule just fine. Double check that though.
You should ask for a RMLC membership for Christmas. A great gift idea with all the goodies over there.

i just had the technotronic fingerprint coding myself at 24hr. thank god. I’ve lost more gym passes then i care to admit…and it eliminates the need for interaction with the front desk people! not to sound snotty but i…i don’t like to chitchat when there’s wts to be done.

today i was there mentally but still fatigued form yesterday. i got to the gym and could barely bench 115 so i quit.
i made the mistake of having lots and lots of veggies but no real food yesterday. I’ve been tinkering with cauliflower pizza recipes so i had a belly full of that and that’s pretty much it.
Also i’d like to share that in attempting to email my mom pictures of my fantastic cauliflower pizza, i attached the wrong file and sent her and three of my sisters naked pictures.

You can get a punch card that never expires, it’s like, $100 for 20 or so. You can split that with a friend, too, if you have any friends who train there.

I do the flippy outie thing at commercial gyms when I can switch it around like that. I’m so unaccustomed to mirrors now that when I face one it seems a lot harder to squat. I also had someone suggest putting a fitted bed sheet over the back of the rack to block the mirror. I haven’t tried it yet but it sounds like a good idea.

I could just imagine showing up at my gym with a fitted bed sheet that I put on the rack. Oh my gosh. What a laugh that would be. I face the mirror but never look in it. Doesn’t seem to affect me.
