my body style is pretty much boy shaped but with bigger legs and butt–no real boobies, no real defined waist–no hope of ever having a decent hip to waist ratio-- at all.

Fine by me–i like asses and legs! and my wt is not going anywhere. I’m pretty set at 160-165 and I’m 5’8" and a half inch or so. I would like to be a tinge taller… a looming amazon…

i take fish oil, CLA, vitamin d, ZMA, saint john’s wort, sometimes b12, sometimes valerian root- for snoozin… b12 i have to tweak —i get a bit whacked out and have anxiety attack like heart palpitations with that if its too much.

Hah! I dont have much in the tit dept either. I have a dec waste/hip ratio…havent been targeting the obliques yet though. And, definitely more endowed behind. I guess it depends on what you’re comparing it too. Anyway good for squatting :slight_smile: I agree, it’d be cool to be a bit taller. But that’s what high heels are for (I attached my favorite pair) I’ve been taking chondroitin/glucosamine, vitamin b12, multi-vit, and my body REALLY is more energetic if I take an iron supplement 2x/week. good idea with valerian root. I work out at night, and sometimes I CANNOT sleep at all.

nikki-i have to try the one legged holding out front style now again. i’ve done those only with body wt before, and had alot of trouble balancing…i for see a new adventure. that WOULD be tricky to add wt. man, i used to have a 60# wt’d vest that would be badass for that…hmm…
