oh! and i still have another 30 pounds to add for the bw cleans…i’m 165 :slight_smile:

Just saw the squat vid…I’d call it a squat morning…but wow you’ve got a strong back. Keep the back super - SUPER tight, pull those blades together and try to keep the knees out.

push press 95x5x5sets
cardio thru out the week, 30 mins x five days

…that’s not going to happen this week. cardio melt down this week. i usually do it but not feeling it the last few days already. we’ll see though.

x2 on this. I lean too when I get tired but that pause at the bottom and pop right back up was nice.

I’m also super impressed with the clean and jerks. That’s a lot of weight to be throwing overhead. Do you have rubber plates to work with? Those’re on my wish list.

Because bondage lifting gear isn’t enough, now the plates have to be rubber :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

hey WhiteK! word! there are a few other tall ladies on here, i wish i were taller too! damm 5’9 is like 1/2and inch away.

snapper!!! i am curious about the squatting with a belt. I will have to give it a shot, since i have such a lovely one from such a lovely friend to use :)! I think though i might get a bit ofa shock, i tend to bellow out my belly on squats, fill it up with air or tensing or something i feel like my girth gets bigger on my abs especially.–i fear i might confuse myself :{ I will give it a shot though!

thanks ouroboro! NO, no rubber plates,just the rubber coated ones from 24 hour which are cool i guess…RMLC does shave the rubber ones though. I might get a month’s memebership there in November to place with good round dl plates for the meet in December, and i can play with the rubber ones there too :slight_smile:

N!- i have no real bondage gear anymore…the rubber plate concept are about are about as fetish as i get these days. which is more then fine with me :slight_smile:
