i doubt i can do it just yet, but there’s hope! I’ve started to like the idea.
and i’ve never push pressed for for a one rep max either–that is how i get my wt up for the overhead squats, i push press then drop to squat it up, vs a total cling and jerk.
Maybe i can get some more for my money. Now i’m curious! I think i gotta go slow,my upper body strength is always soooo slooooww.

And good job on getting more sleep! Even if it was bennie induced. I didn’t have any problem with tatt colors, but a lymph node in my groin swelled up like a golf ball when i had some tatting done on my ass cheek! It was so weird…but just goes to show how our bodies are giant organisms.
MiM - it hasn’t bothered my back yet. I used to do them for years, so i’m not sure if its just that factor. But also I feel them more in my upper abs, so if you want a full abs exercise you might be better off with other things.

the one-legged balance bs made me mad! so i did some squats
bar, 135, 185, 225, 245, 265, 275, 285,290, 285, iffy 300, iffy 305.
I used a different rack then i’m used to , and the safety bars were not in a good spot, i need them lower, but not as low as the next rung was. I think i got some leaning issues to deal with too, but i feel the bars had something to do with it. EXCUSES!! HA HA! And i think i needed go deeper too. I’ll get there…
I am in no way knockin you, cause I’ve never had that much weight on my back…buuuut, it definitely looks leany and you are folding in half to get depth?
I agree it was a bit sketch, but I know you have it with good form. Because damn you looked tired as hell and you still paused for a tiny bit at the bottom and then popped that weight up at the top like it was peanut. Good work, you are off the chain. Just needs a bit of form tweaks, knees out more at the bottom so you can reach depth yadda, yadda, stuff you already know. I can’t tell where the bar is on your back either really from the vid. Do you go a bit high with it? Also I am just amazed you do all this with no belt.
