glad you are catching up on sleep…

I hate to say it, but I sleep a lot better without the hubby in my ear snoring. My head hits the pillow about 10 and I don’t wake til about 630am…I’ve never slept through the night like this!

I had a bad reaction to the yellow ink in my sun tatt… it suuucked. No more yellow for me!

Push presses 115x5s5 sets
Cling and jerk and overhead press 115x3-4reps total of 24reps over misc numbers of sets, 95x7x 3 sets
One legged squats 120x7x 4 sets ish
Then elliptical for 30 mins, then 11 sets of HITT 1minute on, 30 sec rest. So like 45 min total. had a few extra grubs the last few days to kick off.

Ah, I forgot, the volume maven over here.

heavy one legged squats, 30 minutes of cardio AND HIIT!
don’t overdose on us lady.

95x22, 115x9, 120x8, 125x7, 130 (!)x7, fail to lift off at 135, then 115x8x2 sets
front squats 5 sets of 135x9
misc stuff, some ghetto reverse hypers,4 sets of ten, total of 18 chinups

I know very few people who trade bench for squat to be happy. I’m missing some back story, why aren’t you benching?

oh, i’ve been forcing myself to bench…i have been a good girl. i just hate it! and am bad at it.

and its my weekend and i wanna party :)!

oh boy bobbi…the hard part is getting it over my head, the squats aren’t so tuff…i doubt i can manage my body wt…but i won’t let that stop me.

Well everyone should be able to jerk their bw right, so once you get to that the squats are the easy part. I think you can do it with a little work. Don’t settle for less than awesome :wink:
