I hate to say it, but I sleep a lot better without the hubby in my ear snoring. My head hits the pillow about 10 and I don’t wake til about 630am…I’ve never slept through the night like this!

Push presses 115x5s5 sets
Cling and jerk and overhead press 115x3-4reps total of 24reps over misc numbers of sets, 95x7x 3 sets
One legged squats 120x7x 4 sets ish
Then elliptical for 30 mins, then 11 sets of HITT 1minute on, 30 sec rest. So like 45 min total. had a few extra grubs the last few days to kick off.
i didn’t bench today because i wanted to be happy.
i did overhead squats instead
95x22, 115x9, 120x8, 125x7, 130 (!)x7, fail to lift off at 135, then 115x8x2 sets
front squats 5 sets of 135x9
misc stuff, some ghetto reverse hypers,4 sets of ten, total of 18 chinups
oh boy bobbi…the hard part is getting it over my head, the squats aren’t so tuff…i doubt i can manage my body wt…but i won’t let that stop me.

Well everyone should be able to jerk their bw right, so once you get to that the squats are the easy part. I think you can do it with a little work. Don’t settle for less than awesome
