tricep stuff , decline abs. that’s it i believe.

Squats bar, 135, 185, 225, 245, 265, 275, 285, 290–sorta high, 295–WORD!, 300 --first one felt great but my camera was set wrong L then 300 x 3 singles–pretty close if not close enough , oh and I failed number 4J
Deads because I didnâ??t want to db bench :{

been forever! I got so excited I ran and grabbed Snappers belt… and a whooper of a fail 330. It was one of those you pretty much only turn the bar

ehh. on a weird note, my family’s been going through some personal stuff again. A sister, a young niece, and a cousin have all recently been diagnosed with MS. My niece is 15!
Sigh, but apparently there are numerous ways to control the disease through diet and other lifestyle moderations, but its quite a shock. especially for my niece who’s lost feeling in her arm rabidly due to a reaction from a vaccination that set her immunity in a loop.
Now all of us girls are reexamining our body’s history and trying to pay close attention to any weird twinges. Trip out. My sister who was diagnosed was told she probably has had it since she was a child as well!
I know everything happens for a reason–a good reason or a crap reason-- and for my nieces sake it might actually help her family become healthier in the heart and mind. her mother, my sister whom has some beef with and i whom i love of course but…
anyways… i don’t particularly care how she lives her life–this diagnosis might help them have a real battle to face vs some stupid childish drama my sister and her miserable husband make for themselves. I hope. If not Auntie Brute’s going to have to get the fist of fury on em. And i totally will.
But also in saying all this makes my parents give me the once over side glance. My mom is determined to believe in her heart of hearts that powerlifting etc is going ruin my skeletal system–i’ve tried tell her and everyone else the opposite is true but alas they don’t listen. When talking about meets in the future she gets that paniced hysteria in her manner. Moms.
