i decided to move my rep squat day to saturdays or so. but i still felt like doing some so i did some one rep stuff
bar, 135, 185, 225, 245, 265, 275, 280 :)!! not very low, but i think it was low enough :)!
i am such a nerd…so i don’t get paid that much as a cvt, but i manage, and i treat myself fine. i usually can tuck a tiny–and i mean tiny-- bit away each month, and i’m still paying off a substantial chunk to student loans.
anyway, i mention this because i was offered a PRN position as a relief tech at another hospital…and although i make a pittance, i really don’t want another job!
i think i’d rather be poor a year or so longer then work 60 hours a week and tuck away some savings…plus when would i train??

205lbs front squat! - awesomeness wrapped in awesomeness. Keeping focused on what makes you happy is very smart. A lot of people place the green paper in front of all other priorities and then wonder why the feel lonely and unhappy.
