today was a throw off day, decide to go and mess around
deadlifts and front squat day. went back and forth between the two
deads bar, 135, 185, 225, 245, 275, 295, 315, 320, and about 80% of 325
front squats bar, 135, 155, 165, 165, 175, 180, 185, 190, 195 fail fail fail, then 155x8,x7,x7,x7, 165x3
benching 95x5, 115x7,120x5, 125x3, 133, 135, 138 not very low at all, then i tried to be hot shit adn did 138x 1.5–lame . actually it was probably 2 75% ones…then 133 a nice one.
I talked to the coolio peeps at RMLC and am going to make a point of going on wends to bench with them. I need to…so that’s that! after a failed attempt at 135 x 2 that ended up being a drop and roll out awwful,I know i need a damm spotter.
tuesday cardio
squats 195x5 x 3 sets , 215x5x 3 sets, 235x4 x 3 sets, 255, and that’s it …tried to load the bar but decided “nope”.
going to do some cardio today and then head to rmlc later tonightto get bench schooled…so that means nap time in a few hours…which will be very helpful since i have a apartment full of seedless watermelon to attend to. i love it so!–but i eat it and i’m passed out form the watermelon rush in ten minutes
arg! i didn’t make it to rmlc last night…as i sort of suspected its just not going to happen for me on the times they all are there. i fell asleep and ,well yeah. pretty much a waste of a day yesterday since i tried to get a nap in and took benadryl…which didn’t work until about three hours later as i’m driving and feeling totally high…on diephenhydramine
i guess i have to figure something else out.

Blue- i do work overnights, so its always tricky tryingot plan stuff..but i do love my job! its just makes me seem like the Queen of Flakes, because planning daytime actives i often am the annoying canceler..becasu ei’m too tired

I got so excited I did a bunch of 140â??s and 2 singles of 145, then I did a few sets of 135x2 YEIIIII!!!

Hmm the Queen of Flakes sounds like a character from Candy Land (cereal version of course). Look at your bench flying up!! You are going to dominate it like you dominate all the other lifts.
I’ve done a few short stints of overnight work, so I feel your pain. I found it virtually impossible to get things done during the day. Sleep is too important!
