here’s my crazy 195 front squat. it was a fight to the finish
Do you ever wear a belt to squat, Brute? Looks like you could use one. Of course, I say that having never squatted in a belt myself. I love all the psyche time before you unrack and the crazy muscle flex in your calf when you unrack. I’m not sure about the depth, though . . . just kidding, of course. You are one of the deepest squatters I’ve ever seen!

dead 312 or 315 i believe so the total was between 670- 678 i think? i am not sure.
my last squat max was 260 but not very low, i liked the 270 i got yesterday depth wise but i was kinda ugly on the way up. My goal is to work on getting htat squat number up for maybe doing the raw meet in july…since my benching is probably going a slow drive to no where. my own fault since i absolutely hate it and am being bad about training it …

Amazing. That total is awesome You really are a brute. That front squat, damn. It looked like a grinder but you overcame and got that shit up with your internal fury fire explosion shit. I need to bring my laptop to the meet so I can watch some powerful women vids before I go up to lift!!
