My pup’s doing great…she got spayed last month and the anesthesia made her soo weird. I pray she never has to go under again.

hey skye! hmm…it can be tricky to get them to like dry food, which i take it she prefers wet? maybe mixing some wet with it then slowly tapper off the wet until there’s only dry available. my first reaction was to say tuna, anything to make her eat!–but i’m kinda bad at giving healthy dog advice
i work with usually very very sick, traumatic emergencies like gdv’s and hit by cars, diabetic nightmares, post opertative -basically mostly icu pets. sounds lame but i have to ask advice on my healthy pup all the time! i’ve been a tech a good while but i’ve expressed anal glands all of two times. but if you need diarrhea or vomiting advice I’m your girl.
oh…i am hopeful…i’ve decide if i can get my bench to at least a perfect strong 140, i’m going to do both of the summer meets coming up. Been trying slowly but surely and my body weight is 168, so hopefully i can pull off the extra 3 and get into the 165 class.

Sindie, please infect me with the high volume bug. After my meet I’m going to incorporate more volume into my training and if I ever feel like a pansy weak little sister I will just come in your thread to harden up!
today was open door Saturday at 24 hour, so that meant i got to go to the POSH gym…as in digital cable tv’s on all the ellipticals, free wifi, indoor track and basically technotronic futuristic gym. its still basically a turbo 24 hour fitness, but its nice to watch vh1 while and E! occasionally .
If my gym were like That I would never leave. I would come in, workout, get a shower and eat then just set up shop with my laptop and work on homework or dick around harassing employees and fellow gym goers when I go bored.

cardio
tuesday cardio…but i was thinking about squats the entire time. so afterwards i did some
squats 3 sets if 5 175, 3 sets if 5 195, 3 sets of 5 210, 3 sets of 5 235, 255, 270 fail! but oh well.
wednesday
deads- 250x10, 255x9, 265x barely 5. it was looking like a non deadlift day i tried some more. 225x8, 275, and a fail at 295. at that i called it quits. i blame a staff meeting i had to go to at work a hour before that sucked out my will to live. i messed with benching, nothing exciting, but did a pretty 133, but a fail 135. so i called it a wash and went and did cardio.
today i’m not sure what’s going to happen. i’m just kinda zapped energy wise this week? whatever
A 200lb front squat is not a silly goal! Its awesome and within reach and will feel totally amazing when you achieve it. About the energy and life force being sucked out of you, good luck the weekend is so close, eh?

db benching with 35’s 4 sets of 14 oddly supersetted with alternating reverse lunges 115x10,125x10, 130x10, 135x8 total not per leg
over head squats 95x8 x 4 sets
cardio just wasn’t feeling it upperbody wise
