just been doing cardio since Thursday and Thursday was a misc bench arm day. i forgot most of it since i got distracted by messing with the cool log press at turbo gym :stuck_out_tongue:

Monday was mini meet day extravaganza here are the results
deadlifts- 135, 185, 225, 275, 295, and a ugly, climbing but a real 320 PR :slight_smile:
squatting - 135, 185, 225, 245, 255, 260, 265–a bit hight but getting there
benching- 95, 115,125, and a beautiful 133!!! i got so excited i did 6 singles :slight_smile: its been forever since i got over 130

front squat weren’t happening, i tired anyways. 135, 155, 165, 175, and four fails of 185 :stuck_out_tongue:

Way to go on the 320 PR. You’re closing in on 2x your bodyweight, right?

Are you doing either of the meets this summer (raw nats or state games – which is now called something else)?

i would love to! i want to do the raw nationals, i heard they are still going right? the one in july?

what are these other meets?!?!!! i’d love to do them! do you have any info on them? are you going to try, i know you shoulder is kinda messed up though :frowning:

It’s a big “if” about when I can compete again. I will know a lot more after my MRI. Plus, my coach is out of the country for both of those meets, and I would really prefer to compete geared.

I can’t imagine doing those 3 big lifts in one day - let alone going all out and getting PR’s. You are a planet of awesomeness all your own.

skye and blue thanks! he has had a cherry eye surgery last month and its returned…:frowning: so he need to get his tear gland and some other stuff excised :frowning: so looks like eye drops for the rest of his puppy life :frowning: how is your pup skye??

i just hate having him go under anesthesia :frowning: makes me so nervous!

deadlifts 245x11, 250x10, 265x7,275x4, 285x3, 295, failed 325 :stuck_out_tongue:
front squats 115x8, 135x5, 155x3, 165, 170, 175, 185 fail fail fail! i just can’t get those going this week
over head squats 95x8 x 4 sets, 105x6, 110x4
good mornings 135x6 x 3 sets

benching misc. i’ve decided to just deal with it.
95, 115, 125, 133 6 singles, 138 ALMOST to my chest :)!!! makes me excited. then some cardio.

little jig I smell that 138 bench with perfect form right around the corner Brute!
