I just got access to the internet so finally i can thanks PMPM and Snapper for being so wonderful to me! SO nice and patient and helpful, they made it so much better. Both are beasts–PMPM put up with me and my family’s questions and my nerdiness and Snapper did the and totally braved it out with her bad shoulder, it was so niceto have them there!

I learned 1) i should learn the rules, and2) i need to f@cking bench…euuuhhhh…

Yesterday was back to the drawing board

front squats : 135x8, 6 sets of 140x8, 155x2, 165x2, 175x2, 180 x1-PR
over head squats 95 x5 x 5 sets, 100x5
one legged squats with bar,85x5x4 sets per leg…and iwas out.

If you learn how to bench, you better move down to the 75 kilo weight class! :smiley:

Oh, and I can’t tell you how many people came up to me and said “That girl is AMAZINGLY strong!!!” You have a great talent.

so i tried a few times to post stuff this week but my mysterious wifi signal hasn’t let me.

i was super sore still from monday, so my weds workout was ok, and my thursday ended up only being a single deadlift set…so i did cardio instead the last few days. but i guess its kinda nice to be sore sometimes :slight_smile: i’ll get back to doing weights Monday or weds again.

been enjoying the tank top weather…so nice.

monday-scared to get too crazy on the front squats since i was so sore last week
135, 155, 165, 175, 185, 190- PR
benching 95x5,115x3x 4 sets
i did something else but i forgot what :stuck_out_tongue:

tues just cardio

today
deads 245x10, 250x8, 265x6, 275x4, 285x3, 295, 315 and ALMOST ALMOST ALMOST 320, just need to straighten up at the end…but alas…
overhead squats 85x10, 95x8,100x8,105x6, 110x3
messing with squats 135x3, 185x3, 205x3, 225x3, 245x2, 265
good mornings 115x8 x 3 sets
some ab stuff and cardio

Almost pulling 320 and then still being able to work up to 265lb squat?? Yep, you are a freak :wink:
