i lowered the weight after and was still struggling to hit high reps as this was going to be a pump set, still got a good pump though so i guess mission accomplished.
i think i may take a 1-on 1-off approach as opposed to 2 on 1 off.
i also think im going to keep doing multiple worksets instead of doing 1 low set 1 high set it will just be mutliples of each. so instead of 2 top sets i may have 4-5

Hammer curls after bb curl was a bad idea because of my forearm/wrist issue, but lesson learned I’ll keep tweaking stuff until I find something that works, my wrist wraps come in soon so maybe I’ll try those out next time even though I got them for pressing. I did feel really good today though, gym was back to it’s nice cool temp and my energy was awesome, if that carries into tomorrow I may attempt a 405 squat we’ll see.

I think I need to find a replacement for GHR’s. I have been jerry-rigging the squat rack to do these. And they are starting to hurt my knee’s and I don’t see any way I can progress in the weight considering the shady ass setup I have. I was thinking laying leg curls? My other two hamstring exercises are SLDL’s and sitting leg curls. Any Ideas? If so, what rep range for rest pause would you aim for? 12-20?

Fuck good call. I was in the zone I kinda just went hard and heavy and called it good. No rack pull and I was wanting to crack into 545 territory with the way shit is coming along.
