While I was waiting for my cab he purposely ran into me and said " Don’t make me do what Im wanting to do" and shoved me. I let it go because I was with friend and didnt wanna fight. Well he walked up and shoved me in the wall about 5 minutes later so I had to jaw him, luckily he had a glass jaw so it didn’t go beyond that, but dammit this reminds me why I don’t like going to bars.

Reading this thread has made me realize my gains are not what they should be(when I see the gains some of you are making). I spent the last 4 months doing Cressey’s Maximum Strength, since my goals are now strength related. I made good gains, sure, but I think an important part of progression is to try and max out(or stall) on a particular exercise before swapping it for another. Obviously when you introduce a new exercise, say Leg Presses, the first few weeks the weight will fly up, but eventually slow down as your body becomes efficient at the movement.
I don’t really know what your asking though, lol. MY gains are ok, but I’ve started doing DC last week which I’m pretty confident I’ll see some major progress on.
bought $320 worth of supps today, apparently animal paks are now banned in Australia, I know animal cuts were but animal paks was news too me, so the store I frequent is selling them and that its once stock is gone. I ended up buying another tub of dark matter, 2 cans of animal pak and this stuff from muscle asylum shock therapy maybe?

Josh, thanks for kicking me in the ass about just doing FMC. This new city is beautiful. There’s so many different places to walk, in such a short amount of time. I only walked for about 30-35 min today, but there’s a part of this city where there are STEEP fucking hills (probably 40-50 degrees) so I decided to utilize those to make up for the short bout of cardio.

You don’t look too bad man, just need more size overall(don’t we all - lol). I would work on the back width though, which stands out in the front double bi, or maybe you need to learn how to flare them when hitting that pose as well? I looked kinda similar at 200, and only an inch taller.
Your room reminds me of mine, its like the only place to take a pic, but I have a huge bright ass fucking light right over my head which makes anything hard to see, doesn’t help being white as snow either.
