Ask PX which handles etc he uses. He does them (I believe) as his main tri movement? I personally don’t have the HS Dip machine availalbe ![]()
As for your original question, no need for any OH extension stuff.
You could just do (after you main pressing exercise) PJR’s, Scott Extensions, DB Rolling extensions, EZ ext. on the bench with upper arms at an angle and bringing the bar down behind your head… Etc.
