Like Bug said, my computer is being a bitch right now, but ive been reading the thread on my phone when im bored at at work. Its just too much of a pain to put in my workouts with my phone. I’ll be back full time around xmas. No missed workouts though, and no cardio besides when i walk to work cuz parking at school sucks.

*MOTHERFUCKER! Owned that shit today, that’s 8 total reps more than last week. Last week was 7, 4, fail. Damn that felt good!

Lying EZbar Extension (behind head):

115x11, 5, 3 (19 RP)

*These are regressing, that’s 2 weeks in a row of less reps at same weight. I’ve never liked them anyway, they fucking suck - I’m swapping them out for something else. Wish I could PJR. :frowning: I’ll prob go with a V-bar pressdown.

BB Curl:

135x7, 4, 2 (13 RP)

*Should have only jumped 10 lbs or gone for more reps, but I was feelin strong from the Smith RGBs so said fuck it and went 135. I’ll work on more reps next week.

Alt. DB Hammer Curls (reps/weight per arm):

85x11, 7, 5 (23 RP)

so youre just doing 2 RPs per muscle?

why not just go all the way DC? seems like thats pretty much what youre doing anyway.

oh yeah and no updates from me the last couple days since i havent hit the gym since Tuesday. been studying for finals and dont have the capacity to train and study 100% so i figure if i miss a gym day i wont lose all my gains but if i fail the final i could lose all my work this semester.

Legs - Heavy 6-8, 20 rep widowmaker, 1 RP’d hamstring
Chest - 3 RP’d lifts
Back - 1 RP’d width, 2 thickness done heavy 6-8, then heavy 8-12
Shoulders - 2 RP’d lifts

I’m not making the switch to DC bc I’m having great results doing what I am doing and I really like lifting 5 days a week but only being in the gym for 30min-1hour each day.

Nah, I use a bit of swing to get em going but try to control the eccentric like I do with everything else. They hit my forearms and bis pretty good.

I’m actually considering some serious dehydration the night before weigh-ins, so I can be in the featherweight hamsterweight division and not go up against C_C.

Not a good thing when you have to stop because you’re on the verge of passing out though… My face actually hurt on the way home, haha.
Next time I’ll try to control my breathing better or something.

New personal best for me the other day.

Deadlifts

set 1: 315 lbs x 12 (no straps)

set 2: 465 lbs x 8 (no straps)

set 3: 505 lbs x 6 (with straps but grip failed, I had a few more in me!) lol

All Double Overhand grip.

I’ve been rack pulling 500lbs for reps for a while now but couldn’t get more than 2-3 from the floor…so I was pretty happy with that.

I now need to focus on my forearms and bring them up both for bodybuilding and grip strength.

This was after pulldowns and cable rows.

Finished with some light pullovers after this then hit some shoulders.

Deads are by far my favorite exercise. ;D

I think he’s just trying to intimidate you C_C like most bodybuilders do…he’s let his fur get all puffy…you know like those guys who wear 2 pairs of sweats, 3 tshirts, 4 sweaters, and stuff a midget in each sleeve to make themselves look bigger. LOL
