Looking at your exercise list you should be able to do the hook grip for your entire back workout. The hook grip is stronger (ie less forearm fatigue) and has the added bonus of making it easier to use your back more and your biceps less to pull the weight. I seriously don’t even feel my biceps working at all on my back day.

Speaking of reverse curls, does anyone in here do them. I did some reverse barbell curls this week, not too bad. I usually only do the cable version.
I used to do them like 2-3 months ago, I was only doing like hammer curls and reverse ezbar curls, etc because my elbow would bug me when I did regular supinated curls. Now I’m doing BB curls and Hammer Curls…eventually I’ll rotate reverse curls back in though.
I actually want to try the 1arm cable reverse curl version. Is that what you currently do? How you like those?

I’ve never done the one arm cable version. I’ve always used a small straight bar for the reverse cable curls. I’m going to give the one arms a shot next week.

On another note, I just remembered I wanna monitor my waist (and other body) measurements during this diet pretty carefully… I didn’t measure my waist at the beginning of the week (where do you measure from anyways?
I’m right below my belly button around the widest part of the my lovehandles haha) and last time I measured in the middle of eating heavily like a month ago it was 38 and now its 36. 5-7lbs of water and bloat, 2 inches on the waist. Damn. Eating has been pretty much spotless so far. 217 this morning
I believe waist measurement for men is supposed to be done around the bellybutton, that’s where I do mine. I feel you on the bloat man…my waist is 37.5" currently.

When I do measurements it’s always around the biggest part of my stomach. I don’t have a waist so all I care about is the love handles and stomach.
