That’s the fun part  I’ve had people come over when I was doing pull-overs and say “Dude, don’t push yourself like that… you look so scary!”

I guess they don’t even dare approach me right after an intense set of leg press.

Not a good thing when you have to stop because you’re on the verge of passing out though… My face actually hurt on the way home, haha.
Next time I’ll try to control my breathing better or something.

Maybe you let your head hang too far off the bench or something… [/quote]

I don’t think so… I’d say only the top half of my head was off of the bench.

I think he’s just trying to intimidate you C_C like most bodybuilders do…he’s let his fur get all puffy…you know like those guys who wear 2 pairs of sweats, 3 tshirts, 4 sweaters, and stuff a midget in each sleeve to make themselves look bigger. LOL
… And then say that tbt and avoiding arm work have built their stellar physique? We have one of those in the bb forum right arguing with me right now :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

DOOD THAT RAT IS NASTY! lol

I think it’s funny when all these people argue their points but never post pics…so they could be some skinny internet super hero punk who just starts shit! lol

What thread I’ll jump in? lol

Yeah, control your breathing. And make sure you keep your jaw and your neck somewhat relaxed.

I tend to forget that when doing leg presses, and I always end up having to munch painkillers to be able to sleep the next night, and to be able to work the next day… (and I hate taking pain-killers) =/
Pull-overs give the same effect, but less drastic.

DG.

Holy shit, I never knew you were that strong.

Good fucking shit. Inspiration. Your a million times more ripped then me, and you make me seem as weak as a kitten.

Yep. Everybody knows that big muscles from years of heavy progressive lifting doesnt mean you are strong… It’s perfectly logical!

Good job gerdy, I’m impressed.

New personal best for me the other day.

Deadlifts

set 1: 315 lbs x 12 (no straps)

set 2: 465 lbs x 8 (no straps)

set 3: 505 lbs x 6 (with straps but grip failed, I had a few more in me!) lol

All Double Overhand grip.

I’ve been rack pulling 500lbs for reps for a while now but couldn’t get more than 2-3 from the floor…so I was pretty happy with that.

I now need to focus on my forearms and bring them up both for bodybuilding and grip strength.

This was after pulldowns and cable rows.

Finished with some light pullovers after this then hit some shoulders.

Deads are by far my favorite exercise. ;D

Thanks guys. Reminding most of you because your mature about it but I am still chemically enhanced so that plays a major role in it.

I was still pretty stoked tho! Especially since everybody was watching me make some noise in my 24 hr ‘fitness’ gym :stuck_out_tongue: lol

DG

You haven’t been on the sauce that long though right? I skim the steroid forums sometimes and I swear it’s only been a few months.

Vitamin T or not, you still have to do the work, so revel in the accomplishments.

My first session of my five month bulk training and I’m fried. I know you recognize the structure and you’re correct. I’ll be following DC for the next few months as I try to add some much needed size to my frame.

So far I already need to increase the weights on at least two exercises as I surpassed my target reps. Deads were another matter. I thought my eyes were gonna pop outta my head. The stretches were as painful as most described. I held each for 45 seconds each.

I’m looking forward to the next few months as I push my strength levels to new personal bests.

My brother went to the gym today so I tagged along and did a short leg/knee rehab workout.

Box squats
135lbsx10
185lbsx8
225lbsx20 -still can’t believe I got all 20…

Almost ATG squats(Just testing my knees)
worked up to 275lbsx1, almost got 295lbs.

Calf raises

If my knees keep healing, I’ll be at 405lbs in no time considering I haven’t squatted in 4-5 months.

Well DG, all that proves is that the cycle worked. As we all know (here in the BOI anyhow), you still have to put in the work, sweat, time, energy, pain, and even more food and rest than normal to get the best results.
