In my defense, I’ve managed to stay hovering around 180 lbs these last 2 weeks or so while improving run times and stamina…so I’m not getting TOOOOO much smaller. But trust me C_C, after boot camp, I’m coming for you! [in a metaphorical, weight and strength-gaining way of course]

Hahaha I bet Josh’s girl would leave him for C_C the hamster.
Josh, it’s mainly because I want boot camp to be as “easy” as possible, and since I don’t have all that much endurance training in my past, it kind of requires 95% or more of attention.
I still do traditional weight training once or twice a week, but I’d be foolish to pretend I could maintain my strength levels while dropping weight and running so much.
Well in today’s cardio-bunny news, I ran an easy 2.5 miles today…I wasn’t even breathing horrifically hard when I got back, and that was with pretty good times.

Bah, I did some back training today. It totally sucked. Exams, bad shoulder and a lot of stress elsewhere in my life makes things go a littlebit to hell.
I’m a person that should avoid carbs as the plague (except PWO), but when the stress is overwhelming I cannot avoid having to munch some carbs… and guess what, it makes training suck.
Meh, enough negativity. I’m looking damn much forward to january, then I’ll have time on my side… I’ll be trying to gain as much lean body mass as possible (and a little fat) in 3 months

Weighed in around 217 this morning (my scale sucks and its hard to tell exactly).
Lookin good on the training Bug. I can’t DB curl…I tried like 2 weeks ago and it hurts my left wrist (i broke it a long time ago and I can’t fully supinate it without forcing it).
I miss doing PJRs - they are so much better than the stupid EZbar behind the head exntentions I’m doing in their place.
Looks like we are almost exactly the same on weight man, I weighed in 216 yesterday morning.
