In bodybuilding they sometimes call this the Horseshoe

Mine is something closer to a miniature ponyshoe, those sad little things that you see at petting zoo’s or kid’s birthday parties.

I was always good at four-square, maybe i’ll use the time I had been lifting to get back into that.

Also, I think there is a Cross-Fit near here, I’ve always wanted to excel at nothing but also not quite suck.

Decided to give the Kroc rows a couple weeks off… so I tried a high rep set of seated cable rows.

Overall was good. Rack pulls were strong. I’m annoyed that my grip is giving though. I’m a pussy. Maybe I need to start doing some direct grip work if not even straps can help me.

Bug, where from the leg where you pulling from?

Just below the knee.

As a point of reference, my best pull from the floor was 500lbs back in July/August.

So from I can gather, my arms look ok in a front double bicep, better in a side shot like my avatar, less then good in a back double bicep, and complete shit when seen from directly behind,
