For an hour of my shift at the gym today, I had the pleasure of walking around with a screw driver and tearing the old Bosu balls apart and throwing them in the trash.

God that was satisfying.
Good! Now it’s turn of the pink dumbbells.
Not sure how well a screwdriver will do on dumbbells…maybe a sledgehammer. That way it’s GPP too.
Tonight’s run was pretty good, first time running with my ipod. It was nice, took the focus off the sound of my breath. Though that also served to increase my focus on my burning legs. Oh well.
tonight was back
very low energy but still set a new pr so it wasnt all bad, ended early, just no energy left and my medication isnt agreeing with me yet
definatley wasnt feeling it, tonight I plan on getting more sleep… tomorrow will be spent working and packing and then friday morning its off to calgary till monday
I was happy with the rack pulls, however I still think if I had good energy I could pull more but thats the record for now.

Mine is something closer to a miniature ponyshoe, those sad little things that you see at petting zoo’s or kid’s birthday parties.
I was always good at four-square, maybe i’ll use the time I had been lifting to get back into that.
Also, I think there is a Cross-Fit near here, I’ve always wanted to excel at nothing but also not quite suck.
Hmmm. Your long head goes about half way down, not exactly top of the line, but mine aren’t either… (and still far better than what I see on most people)
What I’m trying to figure out is: Where the fuck did your medial head disappear to? Your tris are literally non-existant around the elbow…
Maybe you’d actually benefit from some close-grip floor presses, lockouts or elbows-tucked CGP’s…
Weird.
The long and lateral head should be fine, though, You won’t exactly end up with Levrone’s arms (ha!), but what’s there can be made bigger.

That would be entertaining (GPP is a plus). I bet you played some heavy metal. I still have the pump of my chest and bi’s workout.

JB, that totally reminded me of this scene. Name that movie!
“You got a f*ckin’ dart in your neck.”
OLD SKOOL
Ding, ding, ding… you win the prize, which is a breadmaker!
Mitch: “Actually, I gave this to you for your uh wedding.” Frank: “This model?”
Mitch: “Um, no, this exact one.”
Frank: “I’m sorry, I’m embarrassed. I’m sorry”
Mitch: “It’s ok, I hope you like it.”
Frank: “Oh, I love it! Thank you.”

CC, right now im working tris twice a week
Day 1 - RG In Humans and Overhead extensions
You mean RGB
Day 2 - CG In Humans and PJR pullovers
That’s the only “In-Human”-exercise there is, IH is a guy over at IntenseMuscle and described that way of doing CGP’s a long time ago. Since the exercise doesn’t have any proper name, I just started calling it In-Human CGP
should I drop any of these ? Maybe plug in Lockouts in place of OH extensions ?
Hmmm. That’s that program which I gave you, right? Leave it as it is for now (as long as you keep on progressing at a good pace).
How have your numbers improved since you started doing that?

I realized long ago I wasn’t made to step on stage, but I can live with that, I just wanna look like a big, strong motherfucker.

Ok, question. I am right handed but my left arm is a tad bigger (not really noticeable… I think it has to do with waiting tables and carrying trays at the restaurant). Anyways, after JB’s rear tricep shot, I was looking in the mirror and flexing my tris, looking at them from behind, and it looks like my left tri is significantly bigger/fully/the long head pops more. Odd. I’m hoping maybe it’s the lighting or something, but I do feel a stronger mind-muscle connection in my left arm for some reason, so maybe I need to flex my right more often. I’ll see if I can get a picture.
I’m right handed and my right arm is slightly bigger, and actually literally has different attachments. My bicep incertion point is higher on my right than on my left. My tricep is also shaped different on my left side as well, the medial head I believe is shaped different, and doesn’t hook as much as the right one, so there’s less of a horse-shoe shape on my left.
Its pretty ghey, but when people ask to see my arms I usually just flex my right one at them and don’t flex the left one - lol.

My left arm is about half an inch bigger than my right, too.
I have a better m/m connection to my right bicep than my left, though, and my right bicep peaks more than the left, left is slightly longer
Left Tricep is bigger than Right tricep (lateral head is a little meatier).
Originally, my right arm was bigger… Until 1 year after I started training seriously…
Do get the pics up (So I can call you a malformed freak ;D) though.

Oh, damn well now I don’t feel so bad. Except both of my differences for the worse are on my left lol. Right bicep peaks more and the tricep is meatier. I’m just gunna stick to flexing my right only when asked. lol
flexed kind of. the lighting is no good for showing detail, but it gives you an idea. My tris suck balls (not for too much longer though, thanks to the help I’ve gotten here)

When I look straight down at my chest my left pec is significantly bigger than my other. I was looking the mirror the other day too shirtless and it appears that my nipples aren’t even either because of this. That’s messed up right there.

What the hell… I’ll resend it after I taking the dog for a walk… Poor thing hungers for fresh children.
