Keep checking in and posting pics or what not.
Great rip-ped-ness and cute pupper.
I have not been logging either (but not because it is double work); been having gym shame as I rehab and do a lot of stretching too. And yes, masssages are incredible in terms of feeling better after but also, my therapists have often educated me quite a bit about my knots and ropes, etc.
Never have gym shame! ( though I get like that too sometimes so I get it! ) You are taking steps to keep yourself healthy and fit and to better yourself. However that happens or the path it takes does not matter one little bit as long as it is happening

Legs are looking very good. In fact the whole package is. Athletic and strong
dude you have to be a stalker. everything beth writes you respond to or same in this forum. just saying.
He actually has only posted a few times in this log. And replies far more in other logs/messages on T Nation
Besides, even if he did qualify as ‘stalker post status’ in the ladies logs at least he is public about it
I bet there are lots of silent people that check into the logs way more, just never say anything
Didn’t know your name was Beth as well. I thought he was talking about the person who’s name on here is Beth.
Stalking is such a harsh word…a couple logs here to make me wish the people in my gym knew how to lift. Plus I stalk the women’s log so I have ideas for helping a couple women train that want to get into it
I dont think you should retreat… if people dont comment in logs then what the heck is the point of a public log??
ALSO I dont have alot of IRL friends that workout (read any). SO its nice to have other people to hear from!
I think that sometimes people just wanna stir the pot.
AND I was gunna say that I say that you had wrote that (about wanting to read more logs for ideas to help your friends) but I didnt want to be called a stalker
Is it possible to stalk a log? Its sole purpose is to be read. So you aren’t a stalker, just an avid reader.
That being said, you look great as always.

I don’t get scared off that easy. Sucks not having ppl to lift wiht irl.
Plz dont stalk me. That’s scary. I was thinking if restarting a log but the stalkers…
Your quads are smoking! And any pics of the dogs are always a nice added benefit.
Ok well your pics inspired me to take one of myself, who knows maybe in some good months I’ll see a nice change.

When I was in the bathroom getting ready for work, one of the girls that has competed and does pretty good asked me if I still wanted too. (I had contacted her last year to see if she knew of a posing coach) I told her yes, but I was afraid I would be too small. She said, “OMG, you are huge! You are bigger than me when I won my first place, you are bigger then me now!” (note that she is 6 weeks out of course she feels small!)
lol strange how you see yourself. I felt like telling her fat goes a long way in looking huge! (I mean that in a funny way)
She is 6 weeks out from her comp and she said she is miserable. That is another thing I worry about. I have followed a few prep logs tho and some people manage to feel good till the end. I think alot of it has to do with where you are at when you begin your prep.
Had a massage last night…made me sleep like crap actually. Too stimulating I think. My fascia attached itself to my muscles again It hurts so to rip that shit up! I need to find out why that happens.

Today was one of those days where your brain wanted to go harder and had all this energy to burn but your body says no. I felt like I should have accomplished more, gone heavier, etc. but alot of these movements brought me to or near failure so…I guess it was good regardless.
