I dont train back specifically…for the past year and 1/2 I have done a push/ pull/ lower split and I focus alot on my delts. I do lots of pressing and deads and I never wear a belt. I used to be addicted to bent over rows coz I can move alot of weight, and still like them, tho do that kind of rowing less now. Also all of my training is with free weights. I cant say for sure that that made a difference but I think it did. I also have a job where I lift heavy daily. When I was a teen I shovelled horse shit every day too ![]()
EDIT~ I should add tho that my back really came in last year when I added iso movements. Most of it was geared towards delts/rear delts but it still really helped to widen and complete the whole look.

*come Friday and I right burnt out and its really affecting my pull day. I think its because I am doing 2 leg days and one pull and one push where as last time I was alternating between the 3 giving me mostly upper days.
Not sure if I should try and swing something different? if the whole perceived effort will be enough? My guess is I will just get used to it.

I dunno, it seems to have started around the same time i began getting deep tissue massages. She has really loosened things out so maybe my muscles are moving differently and I just need to get used to it?
