I bought it from the inzer website. I will contact them and see. Is that a normal thing for females? I never even thought about it when purchasing! DOH!

I’ve exchanged suits from Titan before so I’d imagine belts would be the same.
This is their return policy
Exchanges and Returns
Inzer Advance Designs guarantees your satisfaction. If you choose to exchange for another size, or wish to receive a refund call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, or just send it back with a note stating what you would like to do. Please note that any gear returned must be unused and unaltered and returned within two weeks of when you received it.
Be sure to try your new gear as soon as you receive it so you will know how well it fits or if you need to exchange for another size, and so you have adequate time to return it within the exchange warranty period.
If you’ve had it longer than 2 weeks, call them up and sweet talk them. I’ll bet they will exchange it.

Thanks so much MsM! I appreciate your taking the time to post.
I was thinking about it almost all night (HAH looser ville!) and I think that is where my problem is…when I try to push out against the belt my core and my groin automatically weaken.
Normally when I deadlift, my stomach sucks in and is flexed and it holds my back tight and prevents all my gutts from falling out ![]()
I will keep trying it out, perhaps throwing it on for lighter lifts too. Maybe tighten it, tho it feels pretty damn tight.

Hi! Hope the belt situation gets better with time; alternatively, you can find a belt that works for you. Initially, I had a lot of bruising from my belt and learned that wearing it as low as possible works best for me. I actually had the thought today, after reading your post, having a long torso can have advantages – like being able to wear a gigantico belt
Learning to “reverse” breathe (pushing out to take air in and collapsing to release air) can be tricky. However, science says diaphragmatic breathing is the best way to breathe in terms of core support and efficiency. Also, the more you breathe like this on a daily basis, it has general health and wellness benefits. I love talking about breathing technique (such a weirdo). Anyway, best to you with the belt!
Thanks ouro, I will look into things. I actually like the belt for squatting, its the deads that are killing it. I think I will try deads one more time and then contact them. (it wont have been 2 weeks)
rfs~ When I was doing karate we used to have to do quite a bit of that breathing method, and I do it for squats but for some reason I guess it has slipped me for deads! I will have to try to focus on that! I remember once my Sensei said that alot of times if you feel yourself getting sick you can reverse it by meditating and deep breathing. He said that when people get sick they tend to come into themselves (of that makes sense, lol) and shallow out their breathing
So yesterday was a crazy heavy day at work! We had this fridge that would NOT fit through the door to the show room.(well without taking all the doors and shit off it and the frames and blah blah blah) So I decided to dolly it up and walk it around the building to out double front doors. The whole building is 12000 sq ft, so I did one short half and then down the long half with a 363.8# fridge! When I got to the doors I thought I was gonna die :D, then I had 5 more fridges to uncrate. YAY!
Was super burnt out by the end of the day and woke up this morning with a coldsore starting. BOO!
Also today we have a sleep set delivery, a chair delivery and tomorrow a washer and dryer delivery and removal of the old set. The fellow who usually does our deliveries has fallen ill so we have been taking up the slack, and by we I mean my step son and I. Not to sure I like it, lol. Good money tho!

One more workout to go tomorrow a.m. then the daughter and I are flying out in the evening to visit my sister until Tuesday am! I can do this! ![]()
Oh, weight is holding at 134 but things are looking good. I can see better definition in my arms, from the side I can see my bi’s separating from everything else and my upper abs are looking a bit better. That being said I hate the squishy paunch stage
Pants are loose, most noticeable in the thighs…shirts not so much, lol.
Where do you work? I just bought a washer and freezer from Sears and it was a huge deal for delivery because we have an old house and it had to be lowered down through the deck in our back yard. Sears (and many other companies) sub their deliveries and the companies don’t really care all that much. Not too long ago I cancelled an order from Walmart because their delivery company was so poor.
Why are you trying to drop weight? I’m curious because I’m doing the same thing. My weight is holding at 135 which is making me pissy because I feel leaner and my clothes are looser. I’m seeing if I can cut to 57. I figure if I can drop to around 58 I can cut water right before a meet. This year at nationals I weighed in at 59. I’ve given up for the moment on getting to a lean 63 and think dropping may be easier.
Oh my GOSH, I hate cold sores/fever blisters. I went like 7 years without getting them, and in the last two years, I have gotten them once a year due to built up stress with lack of sleep. I am truly sorry. UGH.
I am going to practice using my belt today with deads because last time I wore it poorly and that’s when I had the thing go “snappy and crackly” and it freaked me out. Your posts have reminded me to be mindful of my breathing too!! I also watch Laura Phelps Sweatt pull and I think she might lift her arms and extend them to help pull the air into her belly too right before she leans in to pull. Not sure, it looks kinda cool so I might try it to see (or maybe I’m just way off) and it has nothing to do with breathing.
Glad to hear you are progressing with the weight. I consider cutting weight sometimes so I can check to see if there are muscles under my baby fat layers
I can’t seem to find the will though – maybe the more I hear about healthy ways in which to do it via the PW forum, I will be more encouraged to pursue it.

I just found this and there is great work going on here!!! Im having the same situation with my inzer belt I just bought. It took some toying around to find that sweet spot to wear it. Its been about two or so weeks and its bareable now. I loaded up a bar with about 80% max and just pulled singles and adjusted belt until it felt OK. Again nice work!
Sounds like you are making solid progress. Keep kicking ass
Solid work girl! you gotta post more progress pics! pretty please!
Thanks everyone for stopping by and for the suggestions! I will keep at it ![]()

Had to take last week off as I had some weird vertigo/jet lag thing going on. Lots of dizzy spells with nausea (like when youve had one to many drinks and try and lay in bed :D)
I had went to see my sister and that took 2 flights there, then we went sailboating, then fishing on Superior with meter high waves, and then 2 flights back home on a plane that only had 19 seats
so I think that had something to do with it!
Anyways, all back to normal ![]()
Legs are looking very good. In fact the whole package is. Athletic and strong

Legs! And sunny deck day! WOOT :)[/quote]
Someone called me this the other day and I think it is quite fitting: You go fitness soldier!!
Solid!!
I am the whitest ever been yet this summer, a little sunny deck sounds great.
K people, I am NOT being lazy. Been working out (and actually kicking some ass!
)but have decided not to log anymore as its kind of a waste of time writing crap in my notebook and then logging it also. (lol but watching my log hang inactive was making me feel guilty :D)
So anyways, when I make some note worthy progress I will give an update ![]()
Oh, I had a deep tissue massage. I think it almost killed me! I also learned that I am a board and that I have quite a few imbalances between my right side and my left. I need to get much more serious about stretching!
crappy pic and lighting (and 5:45 am snazzy hair) and such, but check out the arms! Leaning out and its showing! WOOT!
Last summer I remember saying that I wished I had shoulders, that my tris did not stick out further than by shoulders, and that there was some definition between my shoulders and my bis.
We. are. getting. there!
Gotta keep going!
Keep checking in and posting pics or what not.
Great rip-ped-ness and cute pupper. ![]()
I have not been logging either (but not because it is double work); been having gym shame as I rehab and do a lot of stretching too. And yes, masssages are incredible in terms of feeling better after but also, my therapists have often educated me quite a bit about my knots and ropes, etc.

He actually has only posted a few times in this log. And replies far more in other logs/messages on T Nation
Besides, even if he did qualify as ‘stalker post status’ in the ladies logs at least he is public about it ![]()
I bet there are lots of silent people that check into the logs way more, just never say anything
