Went quicker than I thought. The front squats were a little harder than I’d like them to be but I guess that’s what happens when you squat at 5am. The 75 second rest intrevals seemed like forever.
You just wanna meet the Swedish National Bikini Team, admit it…I’ll be going with you then…![]()

Hmm 50 minutes for 5x5 tells me it’s going to be at least an hour and 15 for the 8x3. Anyway, tough workout. Granted, I did some moving for some extra cash before this so the percieved effort was higher than it should have been. Snatch-Grip deadlifts were a lot harder on he grip than I thought it would be. And Bradford presses were WAY harder than I thought.

Yeah, bradford presses are very tough. I did them for a cycle, then I left them alone and came back to them a few months after to find very little progress, despite my other shoulder presses going up.
Does a behind the neck press use the rear delts more? I geuss that would explain it.
they dont mean anything I just think they look cool
nope never been there
yo what the hell is a fiber cake?
Just wanted to say outsatnding job there bro. I really respect that you can keep to eating so well and doing two-a-days. Great job. I am 17 (turning 18 in a few weeks) so seeing you being around my age doing a good amount of weight pushes me to strive for more.
If I ever go to California I’ll stop by to say hey. By the way, the videos are a great addition to your log. Really hope you keep those comin!!!
Great job Brendan, those are some nice weights your using. I am sure you’ll achieve your goals.
Good luck,
Marc
Great job Brendan! Impressive videos!
Wtf are bradford presses, if I may ask ?
It’s a combination of a front press and behind the neck press not taken to lock out. The weight is pressed from the front, carried over head, then set down, then back up and to the front. Very challanging, much harsher on the shoulders than other presses.
How tall is brendan?
