Eggs are starting to erk me… anyone have any high-protein breakfast ideas?
What Macronutrient profile are you looking for (protein+fat or protein+carbs?
Bacon, sausage… if you don’t have time to cook in the mornings, consider reheating food you made the day before. You could always opt for a hefty breakfast shake, or go for cold cuts…
Either actually. I just get bored with eating the same thing over and over, and I could benefit from both Macronutrient profiles.
Breakfast shake (Powder + milk and/or otameal an/or fruit)
Cottage cheese (low or no fat) with berries
Turkey sausage with whole wheat toast
Protein Pankake:
- 2 scoops Metabolic Drive (vanilla)
- 2 egg whits
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- some chopped fruit or berries
- Spenda to taste
- Cinnamona (optinal)
Mix ingredients in bowl and cook in a medium pan for 2 minutes, then turn an cook another 2 minutes. serve hot or cold
Cottage Cheese, Blueberries, and oatmeal. stick it in a blender add milk, blend and enjoy. I have this every morning with my boring eggs.
another good one is smoked salmon with a bagel cream cheese and capers. I know it’s not the most healthy thing in the world but it’s good.
Steak, any kind of dead (or living, depending on your preference) animal works.
To be honest I kind of want to have one of Brett’s shakes … that sounds delicious.
Get out of the mind set that certain food are reserved for certain times of the day and you’ll live a very happy life. Same thing goes for sex. Enjoy it whenever you can/feel like it.

stop thinking of breakfast foods, its just another meal, once you get past that its easy.
my typical breakfast is:
yogurt
blueberries
toast w/butter and jelly
Metabolic Drive
Flameout
Superfood
my typical breakfast:
1cup greek yogurt(18g of fat!)
frozen berries
“organic” granola
cut up banana
^^the above all gets mixed together
fish oils pills
and a scoop of whey
switch ur days up, training days (morning) have a shake), off days have eggs, cheese, toast and then once a week have a full english/american breakfast, pancakes, waffles fruit eggs bacon sausage onion mushrooms beans etc. mmm sooooo hungry ![]()

Brett’s shake does sound good… it’ll give me a reason to use my blender!
I just hate eating super heavy stuff in the morning, because I find it flares up my IBS/Crohn’s from time to time. This morning I had cottage cheese, crushed pineapple and frozen berries mixed up, then a small protein shake. I felt satisfied!
Any sort of meat… chicken, beef, turkey, fish. Nothing better than a nice piece of fish at like 6:30 in the morning!
For the last few days i have been having a can of campbell’s chunky roast chicken soup. Its simple, easy, hot and doesnt require any prep. If you have any left over chicken on chopped veg in the fridge you can also throw that into the saucepan too.

I eat chicken with yogurt and fruits every morning.
