I figured I would post it here because its just something to check out in your free time and get you motivated to lift heavy, not realy anything to be learned
yeah what’s up with every fitness magazine picture having some huge guy with an empty bar or 135 for every exercise? The only thing worse than that is the even more deceptive pictures of the mens health and mens fitness models, who’ve clearly built their body with weights, doing funky partial bodyweight exercises and a bunch of easy woman exercises.
If that guy threw a loaded barbell like that in my gym, he would be out on his arse so fast he wouldn’t know what happened. I don’t care how big he is, you respect the weights. They both move around the gym like a couple of gorillas.

i don’t think anyone has ever gotten to that size by not ‘respecting the weights’

Was I the only 1 thinking “Dude, do a full rep?”
Why? You don’t get judged by ROM used on your exercises onstage.
No so much for Branch, but epecially for his partner, for whom
‘partial’ is pushing it.
And yes, they are both roughly 3x the size of me. That’s not my point.
What’s your point then?
What I think is cool is that it doesn’t seem like he’s counting his reps, more that he’s focusing on TUT and really just pumping the shit out of the muscle

Fine if you aspire to be a gorilla I guess.
