Umm…yeah.

yeah what’s up with every fitness magazine picture having some huge guy with an empty bar or 135 for every exercise? The only thing worse than that is the even more deceptive pictures of the mens health and mens fitness models, who’ve clearly built their body with weights, doing funky partial bodyweight exercises and a bunch of easy woman exercises.

Good post, I enjoyed these. Warren and Johnnie O. Jackson used to train together, I’m not sure if they do anymore.

He’s not fucking around with that back workout either, I counted 6 exercises-plus 2 more for rear delts.

My favorite was his simple approach towards chest training, a lot of weight for a lot of reps.

Thanks for posting these vids. Does anyone know the second song in chest part 1?

My new goal is to have traps so big it causes my shirt to crease inbetween my shoulder blades. That dude is massive.

All I watched was the chest, but damn… Did anyone else notice how quickly they were moving from set to set and excercise to excercise?

These are intense! Thanks for posting.

Was I the only 1 thinking “Dude, do a full rep?” No so much for Branch, but epecially for his partner, for whom
‘partial’ is pushing it.

And yes, they are both roughly 3x the size of me. That’s not my point.

That’s awesome. He looks like a huge version of Colin Farrel.

And a lot meaner and angrier looking than Ronnie.

I thought the exact same thing.

If that guy threw a loaded barbell like that in my gym, he would be out on his arse so fast he wouldn’t know what happened. I don’t care how big he is, you respect the weights. They both move around the gym like a couple of gorillas.

Fine if you aspire to be a gorilla I guess.

bump.

i don’t think anyone has ever gotten to that size by not ‘respecting the weights’

What’s your point then?

Ah, bloody hell. I didn’t even realize that it was an old thread…

Good idea to bump it though. Remind people what bodybuilding actually looks like…

Are you talking about Rammstein’s Links 2, 3, 4?

It’s funny how the uninitiated are shocked by his training. The man puts in work. Branch is the working man’s bodybuilder. Much respect.

What I think is cool is that it doesn’t seem like he’s counting his reps, more that he’s focusing on TUT and really just pumping the shit out of the muscle
