OK, just wanted to brag a bit… June 15th, 216 lbs@too much % bf. August 19th, 196 lbs@ much less % bf, 4-pack visible, striated legs and arms, most muscle mass preserved, no strength loss, but lower torso is still a mess (I am 26 now, ex. 275 lb 30 % bf lifelong fatass, 1.5 year religious training and nutrition under belt). I used 4x/week training, mostly 30-35 sets per workout in 10-12 rep range, just below failure. 4x25 min light cardio postworkout. 50 g whey shake and 40 g highGI carbs postworkout 2000 kCal straight every day, no cheat days. 250 g protein, 140 g carbs, 45 g fat, 1/3 of which flax oil. Going for 185 lbs ,will do slight diet and training modifications, hoping to reach the goal in the next 8 weeks and then… Massive Eating, here I come!! :-))) I will probably incorporate some clen, EC stack and 12 ug T3 later, but no roids for now. All suggestions and kudos from T-brethren welcome.

Avoids, I believe this one was 'cause I said no roids, all natural for now? :-)) Thanks a lot. I believe I will give it a go for another 8 weeks and then perhaps down to T-Dawg low carb area for two weeks and then Eat My Way Massively out of this dieting gutter! :-)))
Alright, way to go! Ripped at 185 huh? That is extremely impressive considering you’re previous condition. I have no doubt, though, that you will be there in no time if your history be the judge.
We shall see what happens. I used an unfortunate sheep diet a year and a half ago and lost 123 lbs @ 1200 kCal straight, doing 1.5 hours of cardio per day during 5.5 months. Fucked up pretty much everything, the metabolism, my skin and fat distribution. Unfortunately, right now when my arms and legs are ripped, my body is still a mess. Consistency is the key to success.
