Okay so some of you may or not remember me but I have been around for a while, don’t post much but started a transformation thread years ago. Apparently this is the new place to put your transformations so I will move my thread to the “Rate my Physique Section” I don’t have very quality before pics because I wasn’t sure exactly how to keep track of everything, however, I think this should be sufficient to sort of show the changes over the last 5 years.

Started 18.5 years old now 22
165 lbs now 227
205 1 rep max or so on bench, now 320 for 6-7, and have had a 375 1 rep in the past. Going to try 335 for 7 in the next week or two.
Squat - started at… shit - now its been anything between 405 for 8-10 and now I have no idea, however I don’t train as heavy on this.
Deadlift - started at… shit (meaning I don’t remember, but it was sub 300 like squat) and has been anywhere from 405 repped to 10 and a 545 max I believe.
My goal when I started lifting was to get a physique that was proportional and looked like a human anatomy chart. My main goal was to get 18inch arms and the physique that when with them. I have just about reached my mark, so I am going to start cleaning up my diet and trying to shed the fat.
My ultimate goal is a Caveman style physique, not huge, but definitely an exceptionally athletic, lean, carved from stone looking physique. Most of my previous diet information is in the link I provided earlier. I will try to update with the low carb diet I will be switching to from this point on as I continue.
Now I have a semi decent group of photos throughout my lifting time and they will start from the earliest until the last at 227. I will post one more update when I feel I’m at the halfway point of my cut, and then a final update when I’m as lean as I can get, and still 18’s with the strength in my lifts that I have now, so it might be a while.
Anyhow here it goes, I’m looking for feedback on how to achieve that last goal if anyone wants to post!
