Lazy's 5 Year Update


Okay so some of you may or not remember me but I have been around for a while, don’t post much but started a transformation thread years ago. Apparently this is the new place to put your transformations so I will move my thread to the “Rate my Physique Section” I don’t have very quality before pics because I wasn’t sure exactly how to keep track of everything, however, I think this should be sufficient to sort of show the changes over the last 5 years.

Started 18.5 years old now 22
165 lbs now 227
205 1 rep max or so on bench, now 320 for 6-7, and have had a 375 1 rep in the past. Going to try 335 for 7 in the next week or two.
Squat - started at… shit - now its been anything between 405 for 8-10 and now I have no idea, however I don’t train as heavy on this.
Deadlift - started at… shit (meaning I don’t remember, but it was sub 300 like squat) and has been anywhere from 405 repped to 10 and a 545 max I believe.

My goal when I started lifting was to get a physique that was proportional and looked like a human anatomy chart. My main goal was to get 18inch arms and the physique that when with them. I have just about reached my mark, so I am going to start cleaning up my diet and trying to shed the fat.

My ultimate goal is a Caveman style physique, not huge, but definitely an exceptionally athletic, lean, carved from stone looking physique. Most of my previous diet information is in the link I provided earlier. I will try to update with the low carb diet I will be switching to from this point on as I continue.

Now I have a semi decent group of photos throughout my lifting time and they will start from the earliest until the last at 227. I will post one more update when I feel I’m at the halfway point of my cut, and then a final update when I’m as lean as I can get, and still 18’s with the strength in my lifts that I have now, so it might be a while.

Anyhow here it goes, I’m looking for feedback on how to achieve that last goal if anyone wants to post!

and finally the legs, this is an old pic, but my legs haven’t changed much at all. I’m very happy in that area other than calves. I’ll get an updated pic as I go along. My legs probably grew better than any other part of my body. However, it is funny to think now that my forearms are much bigger than my upper arm was when I started.

EDIT for all, sorry about the double posts, I’m not sure why, but I keep getting a gateway error and I accidentally did that, remove if possible.

I just realized looking at these pictures that it doesn’t look like my arms have grown at all, however, I’ve added almost an inch to them… odd, almost makes me mad.

Great progress and gains dude. Total transformation. You’re latest pics show a lot of quality mass, and If you are able to lean out like the 18 month pic, you will certainly have the “Caveman” style body of looking strong as fuck, and menacingly agile. Impressive increase in strength, and the legs are huge.

Good job, keep it up. 18 month progress pics look very good.

You will def start lookin’ real good when you clean things up and bring in the conditioning a bit.

Great bulk. “Big” change! What’s next? Clean up a bit til you can see your abs better would be my suggestion, but you could keep going! I can’t F’ing wait to finish my cut so I can start bulking!!!

your 18 month pics look great!!. your last pics look good too, but you look like you might still have a little fluid bloat over your new muscle. i’d be curious too see how the new muscle develops after a little cutting. i know men think differently than women, but sometimes definition looks better than size. anyway the hard work is working for ya…good job

How long have you been at like 230 now? Don’t go into a cut right away.

I don’t post normally, especially in RMP, but you have amazing legs my friend, and I am jealous.

I give you a 7 for an obviously very successful bulk. Once you lean out, you will probably be a 9.

Thats some serious progress. Back looks really solid. Congrats on a rare win thread in the RMP forum.
