Whether you lay floaters or sinkers depends on the health and efficiency of your digestive system: floating poo means methane, which probably means not enough intestinal flora (eat more yogurt and raw fruits & vegetables), and too much fat in your diet.

I am 30 and I am still in better shape than all my friends. I pay a whole shit load in monthly child support and still manage to go on trips with my girl,while my friends all make excuses. Last year Miami, next month we go to Cali for the wkend then on to a 5 day cruise later this year. I have four of the most beautiful little girls ever. I am in college, I work two jobs, I stopped smoking three years ago, and I am divorced from a person who held me down from being me. There is more but why brag??

Clinical Psychologists have jacked my quotes from message boards and printed them in articles (one appeared in Behavioral Therapy) on no fewer than four occasions that I’m aware of. They even gave me credit on seven of them.
