No, I don’t want to put pictures of myself on here. Been watching Rate my physique too long, and I have very thin skin. I will say I have 19 inch arms (9 months out from torn tricep surgery, 50 inch chest, big assed shoulders and back, and proportional but not real impressive legs (torn ACL surgery+no squats.)
That said, I am by no means cut. I would be at about 260.
