I’m 16 and very involved in weight lifting and nutrition. Would boxing once or twice a week for about an hour each time interfere with gains I would make weight lifting?
Not if you’re eating enough. But don’t do any extra cardio if you’re a skinny runt already. If not, no worries!

I have in life missed allot because of training and diet and have gained allot also. I look back and wish that i would have not been so obsessed and have done more like participating in sports. Enjoy life, go out there and try every thing and don’t let any thing hold you back.
Keep your calories up especially your protein, but don’t let gaining weight keep you from boxing.
