Weight after yesterday’s carb-up: 254.0 Not as bad as I anticipated. I totally overdid the carbs, and felt totally bloated last night. I’m aiming for 251.0 by Monday morning. That would be 14lbs in two weeks.

Weight: 250.0 Down 15.8 pounds in 14 days. Will be in the 240’s for the first time in I don’t remember when tomorrow.
Still feeling pretty good. Next planned cheat meal is this upcoming Saturday after my daughter’s High School graduation. She wants to hit a Chinese buffet. Who am I to argue with that?

Weight 247.8 Weight loss has slowed. That is partially expected, but I think I’m also eating too much protein and too little fat to be totally keto. I’ve already grilled a lot of lean meat for this week, so will adjust Sunday after carb up.
Weight 247.6 Weight loss has slowed to a crawl. Still plan to carb up at the Chinese buffet tomorrow. Next week I’m going to start adding volume in the gym and possibly some cardio. Definitely going to add more fat to the diet.
Saturday turned from cheat meal to cheat day. I totally caved. I was all emotional over my little girl graduating. She leaves for vacation in Alaska on Friday for a week and a half, and then July 1st she leaves for Air Force basic training. It hit me Saturday that she’s basically gone. Anyway, from the time I woke up to the time I went to bed I gained exactly 10 pounds Saturday–257.0lbs Saturday night. Hopefully it’s jump started the metabolism again and I can drop about 3 or 4 lbs this week.
I’m pulling for you. You need to do this so you can watch her Air Force career.
