Forgot to weigh in this morning. After eating a couple of times today, weight is 234

BACK ON THE DIET WAGON–

Since going off the diet wagon on March 29, I have ballooned up to 242.4 lbs. That’s up 20 lbs in a month. Most people would have to TRY to gain weight that fast, but for me it’s how I default to eating when not dieting. I don’t grasp moderation with food. It’s either all or nothing with me and diet, so I’m going back to about 1600 calories/day, fairly low carbs. Shooting to hit about 210 by the time my son moves here in August 12th.

Had to get the oil changed and inspection sticker on my car, so no workout today. Going to ease back into it this week as I drastically drop the calories back down.

Didn’t weigh in this morning, but I know that I haven’t lost much weight this week after this weekend. Ate out Friday night before going to the movies. Went to Hooters last night to watch the Mayweather fight.

Side note: I attract crazy people and fat chicks like shit attracts flies. Last night sitting at the bar at Hooters there was an approximately 60 year old crazy guy on my left and a couple of fat chicks to my right. All of them wanted to talk to me all night. The crazy guy was the more annoying of the bunch, so I sort of turned my back to him and semi-faced the fat chicks and talked to them when I had to. Anyway, God help me, I came really close to jumping on one of the fat girls as a slump-buster. I haven’t been with anyone other than my soon to be ex-wife in 14 years. In the end I worried about getting whiskey dick with the fat girl and decided to bolt for the door instead. True story.

LOL damn man you should have called me could have came and hung out to help you avoid this dilemma

A friend said he loved going home from clubs with fat chicks as he knew he’d always get a big breakfast in the morning.

I gained 2.6 lbs last week. If my diet gets thrown off one day, it’s gone for the week. I eat like shit for the rest of the week and start over on Monday.

No more. If I unexpectedly end up eating out one night, it ends that night. Next day I will be back on the diet. No more rationalizing.
