Quick question,

On the Tuesday Press day were it says “Press 5x10/rows 5x10” are you saying do one or the other? Or are you saying do both as a superset?

Would you tweak anything if you did this as a 3 day?

You do both rowing and pressing. Your call on if you superset it.

Just do the fourth day on the following week.

  1. You can superset these.
  2. No - just operate on a 10 day (or is it 9 day) schedule. Seems to work best for people.
