There was one more book out there… I can’t remember the name of it… Cosgrove mentioned it in an interview he did on another site. He gave it accolades. The guys who wrote it incorporate a lot of dinosaur-style training. I can’t remember its name, though!

I just got his new Infinite Intensity Manual, very good stuff in there, especially if you train at home on a limited budget. It’s pointed more towards boxers than grapplers or MMA fighters, but top notch stuff indeed for anyone looking to get in fighting shape. Alwyn’s stuff is classic, and I think I might pick up Ferrugia’s manual because it’s a pretty insane value from what I’m seeing.
JC and Rhadi, Martin Rooney and Ross boxing have great info too.
Ferrugia has one too I think…It’s probably one of the few I haven’t seen but I liked his article.
Thib’s 2nd book, the ebook, is not geared toward mma stuff but just athletic training. It is awesome for mma and all sports. I think it is a must read for an athlete.
MMA and your mma game will use certain motor skills in certain priorites. Isometric, plyo and whatever else type of training will help improve those capabilities and if you do your bjj/boxing/wrestling/thai training you’ll notice improvements.
As I age, I also use a lot from Cressey and Robertson’s articles. You gotta stay healthy first.
