Boilerman Wants It All

I got back from vacation on Sunday morning at around 1 am. That was a looonnggg distance to travel with a 14 month old. It ended up being about 17 hours each way, but the little man had an absolute blast, as did my wife and I.

Weighed 193 today, so I lost just about a pound over the week. I’m feeling the leanest I’ve been in a very long time, and looking that way too.

Skin is feeling tighter, and I need to pop a new hole in my belt.

Worked today, and I’ll be back to the lifting grind tomorrow after work.

And I have decided to take an extended break from alcohol. I don’t have a time frame, and I don’t have a real reason why but after 2 weeks on call and 2 days of having beers on vacation, I decided I just didn’t want to drink the rest of the time.

Step 1: purchase four 1.5 L of fairlife 2%
Step 2: purchase 4 bags of metabolic drive
Step 3: drink 1/3 of a 1.5 L jug of fairlife
Step 4: mix 4 scoops of metabolic drive into 2/3 jug of fairlife
Step 5: drink one every 1.5 days
Step 6: continue until you’re finished with jug and repeat from step 3. If you’re out of milk or metabolic drive, repeat from step 1.
