Think it was originally derived from Japan’s grading system. In any case it just means the highest tier possible

I see a piece of lettuce poking out from under the cheese, this counts as a salad! Nice work brochacho, your log and nutrition is on point. I’m kinda perma bulking right now. Just drinking a decent amount of whole milk and some peanut butter too.

+1 on this, the eating is as impressive as the work being done.

Haha my wife was on me about not having any greens on there, so a few pieces made an appearance buried in there.

Hell yeah dude! I think I wrote in here that I bought a ninja blender for my wife for Xmas, I think I’ve used it 5x more than she has making peanut butter, metabolic drive and milk.

I appreciate it dude. I think the eating is more difficult than the program at this point, haha.

On that note, an update.

It’s been about two weeks since I added more food in, and good lord am I uncomfortable. I have a couple weeks left in deepwater with week 5 starting tonight, and I cannot wait for it to be completed.

I may take a week de-food-load after deepwater is completed just to feel like a normal human being again for a few days. I honestly miss feeling hungry.

I’m sitting around 220 in the morning consistently, and I think that shooting for 230 (whether it be a peak weight, or consistent in the morning) would be a cool goal to shoot for in the next few months. If I start a little diet break around March or April, I should be able to get rid of some serious fluff by the end of the transformation. I’m not horribly concerned about hitting a low bodyweight, but leaning out a bit would be cool.

I feel like eating up to a weight and growing accustomed to it is the way to go for me. It’s easier to maintain weight than it is to gain, so short fast spurts of huge volumes of food may be the name of the game as opposed to slow and controlled. I can then maintain and potentially recomp a bit, and then take a break when it’s too much for me to handle.

I haven’t been talking much about anything physique wise these past couple months. I’m feeling a bit weird about having gained a good amount of fat, but it’s kind of crazy how big I’m feeling. Shirts and pants are TIGHT especially around my arms and back, and my pants seem like they’re painted on. I still fit in my 34x34 athletic fit jeans around the waist, so everything seems to be at least OK in that aspect. I’ve definitely put on some muscle, which is obviously the goal here.

Still not quite sure what the next program is, but I have a few weeks to figure it out. I’ll definitely have to get used to back squatting heavy again before I go crazy with them, especially with the added weight.

Sounds like some Mass Made Simple squats to 50 reps may be in order.

Absolutely killing it dude!

If I were in your shoes (and life isn’t incredibly stressful), I’d just do Super Squats for how ever many weeks, then go on a diet break.

I am so happy you’re reaching your goals boilerman.

Thanks throwaway, I’m pretty satisfied with it

Book has been purchased on Kindle and I’m going to start reading it tonight after dinner.
Thanks for the recommendation dude!

I really, really do plan on hitting super squats at some point soon. It’s absolutely in my “must run” program list. I think I’ve built it up to this thing that I’ll never be ready for, and I just need to be fed up enough with my situation that I just start it. My life is about to have another major change this summer, so it’ll likely happen before then.

Yeah man. I am so happy to be over that, haha. It took me about an hour of fuckarounditis to actually start lifting. Don’t be me. Just jump right in.
