Boilerman Wants It All

do you mean you want to take a quote from one thread and put it in another

Yeah that’s what I tried to do, how did you do that?

And thanks man, I don’t really have a baseline for the burpees as I haven’t really paid too much attention to them in other logs (it’s a shitty thing to say, but it’s true) as I haven’t ever had any reason to want to do them. I just did them at a pace that felt sustainable but difficult. I was definitely huffing and puffing after I finished them up.

Thanks man!

When you quote some thing which I assume you now how to do, it opens up a response section at the bottom of the screen, the top of the screen has the original thread you were in when you quoted. At the top just change to another thread either by searching or going to latest and finding the thread you want. Open the thread you want the quote to reply into.
Write your message under the quote in the bottom section and hit ‘reply’ when you do this a prompt box will appear and ask you which thread you want to reply into. The one you are in now or the original thread you quoted from. Click on the one you want.

Hope this makes sense. Maybe try quoting this into my thread.

Weighed 208.5 this morning, even with the carb up a couple days ago. I plan on being pretty strict on carbs 95% of the time, but I will indulge if the opportunity arises. As long as I’m not eating 2+ lbs of beef and 10+ eggs a day, the weight will continue coming off. Things are moving along nicely. Burpees later today after work.

127 burpees in 15 mins

Started a timer and shut my phone off so I couldn’t see it. I like seeing the timer better… I think it adds another gear.

Few sets of NG band tri pushdown superset band is lateral raise. Big ol pump.

Super happy with bench progress. After stagnating for what seemed like forever, I’ve put on at least 20lbs to my max and a few reps to my previous max. Groovy. Off to Colorado for a few days, going to hit squats and maybe deadlift next week, then to Carolina.

@mr.v3lv3t I’m super excited to do some hiking and exploring. I’ve never been west of Pensacola on mainland US, so this is a totally new experience for me. I’m very excited!

Awesome work man

Try this one. It will take you there

Heading back to NY today and as always, I’m ready to be home. I like the consistency of every day life. The free lifestyle of vacation is always nice for a few days, but I find myself getting slightly anxious being “trapped” somewhere. It gets especially bad when staying at someone else’s house as opposed to a hotel or air bnb.

Got a lot of activity in these past few days though. I was able to visit red rocks and climb to the top, which had me feeling like my heart was about to pop out of my chest. Bonnie Raitt was playing the night we stopped there and I was very close to buying tickets to experience a show there.

Lots of hiking random trails and swimming in the river in Salida and Boulder for a couple days. I ate well and tried to be somewhat responsible in my food choices, but did indulge in some Montucky Cold Snacks.

Going to try to get some lifting in tues-thurs, and go full on bodyweight and bands in NC for the remainder of the week. I’d like to train every day I’m there and get another kickstart on some weight loss. It’s funny how pictures that people take and share tell a different story than the mirror, and I’m not quite as happy as I thought I was with body comp. I might just lean into the weight loss 100% and get legitimately lean before hitting a calorie surplus again.

I totally understand this, and I’m worried to visit CO again because I’ll probably just want to make that place my home.
