Went full on fuggit mode. 455 was slow but felt strong and controlled. I was on the fence about shooting for two reps and opted against it at the top of the rep.

Woke up at 211 today, so in theory I’m down 1.5lbs already. Just going to have to stay consistent and keep doing what I’m doing.

Ugh! That was an accident! Glad you got it Tim.
But yeah, some neutral grip extensions to triceps work down by the elbow. Tim was already doing lots of regular grip and overhead tricep stuff, so the neutral grip was to get that last little extra bit of lock out.
Of course I do bro, your advice is so damn valuable.
