Ok so I am on vacation and I don’t have access to anything but my bodyweight and a couple of exercise bands and I just came up with this workout to keep my conditioning:
50 BW Squats
25 Push Ups
50 Flutter Kicks (each rep is one kick per leg)
10 Band Shoulder Presses
Complete the circuit as many times as you can in 30 minutes.
Doesn’t look too bad, looks like it is geared more towards endurance than strength, certainly better than doing nothing at all. I would throw in some movements that would have more tension. I’m not sure of your skill level, but you can do pistol squats, one arm pushups, handstand pushups, bridges, pullups on the door, clap pushups, jump squats,band pull aparts…etc. I’m the same way, even when i’m on vacation I have to do something. Have fun.
Yeah thanks, and this workout was pretty good (out of breath) but would be better with more resistance. I think ill just use the same template but change the exercises and reps.
