BodySolutions

Anyone hear of this stuff (BodySolutions), I just did. Read an article by some MSN author about how it sucks. Here’s the link http://content.health.msn.com/question_and_answer/article/3220.345
but if you do skim over it I think it’s so unsatisfying, the author gives 3 major points why it sucks. One because it contains chromium picolinate and that’s bad for you. Two, because the scientist on the web site doesn’t have much published through a med-line search and three because radio people advertise for it. I find this so unsatisfying. I would like to know with hardcore science why this doesn’t work or if it does. Anyone know?

The reason it works for some people is because you have to take it at night, 3 hours after your last meal. Grossly overweight people are using to eating all the way up to bed time (and beyond), so of course, if they cut down on calories, they’re going to lose some weight. But the product is worthless as far as weight loss goes – you could achieve the same results just by not eating 3 hours before you go to bed.
