Bodybuilding Software -for Tracking Training

Any recommendations on good bodybuilding software, compatible with Mac’s? Ideally, I’d like to use on my 3g iPhone.

I’m looking for a product in which you can log in your exercise such as this:

Squats 315 x 10 reps = 3150 then place the minutes for completion to get a volume / minutes. I can then compare my workouts. Something better in terms of metrics might be available

I use Excel on my PC to do exactly this. Mac has an equivalent software program.
