I never knew I was “bulking” by eating large amounts of good food. I just add mass, both fat and muscle, real easily depending on what I eat. I never had a protein shake until I was in my 20’s. I’m 25 now. But as I grew up I ate large amounts of red meats, pasta, and junk too. I’ve always been big, just not lean.[/quote]
I meant now while you are cutting. Do you do any cardio?
