Body Taking Weird Shape

Ive been working out now for awihle, and I have noticed that my body seems to be taking on a weird shape. I am definatly getting wider shoulders, and it looks like above my gut I have slimmed down, but it looks like my spare tire is getting bigger…is this common? how do you make it go the opposite direction. Im eating this exactly…

4 servings protein powder (not sure of what kind, the package says 81% protein, the rest is in Japanese)

3 chicken breast
50 almonds
4 eggs
a lot of green tea and water
and post work out is one cup of rice with another chicken breast

the meat may vary, but it is the same idea

That’s all you eat in an entire day, every day?

Son, you need some variety in your diet, more vegetables, more fruit, and more food!

Maybe days are much shorter over there.

If it said soy, that wouldn’t be very good…

It’s ‘The Metamorphosis’… you’re gonna wake up one day a bug. Like Nate said eat more!

I guess it does sound a bit kafkaesque, doesn’t it?

How many grains of rice? I see the numbers on everything else, but not the rice. Without knowing that we have nothing! Sure it’s one cup, but is it long grain, unprocessed? There are just too many possabilities. Geez man you can’t just leave something like that hanging.

Are you serious about the rest is in Japanese? You know Japanese and rest of asian countrys uses soy protein. Also why don’t you try whole grain rice/pasta.

Is your spare tire getting bigger or it appears bigger? It could be that the fat from your torso is burning off and it is making the spare tire look larger, it might actually be smaller.

Amen. Four chicken breasts in one day. That’s like two chickens. And four eggs. Do you live on a chicken farm? Do you actually count out exactly 50 almonds?

Mothra returns.

I’d like to see .9 banana added to your diet…that may do the trick.

Seriuosly tho, the rest of you is probably leaning out so it makes the spare tire look bigger.

I’ll eat four chicken breasts when I go to Sonny’s all-you-can eat for ONE of my meals on the weekend, along with baked beans, cole slaw and a sweet potato and maybe some ribs or beef on the side!!!

Boy, go eat your fruit and vegetables along with your 50 almonds!

Just curious, but whats wrong with soymilk? I drink it all the time, much healthier than regular milk.

I’d say that’s very much a matter of opinion.

Ok!! yeah i think it could be the upper torso thinning out, well i hope so, I know its 50 almonds because i buy the exact same pack of almonds about 7 of them a week, and they all contain roughly 50 almonds. But right after I read your post last night I ate 2 chicken breast and some more eggs. (interesting side note, when you eat chicken and eggs together, it is translated as parent and child) anyways, today I had 2x as many chicken breast, 2x as many almonds, 2x as many eggs (see a pattern here)…an egg sandwhich, blueberries, a bag of frozen vegetables (dont know how many grams sorry) and am about to grab some dinner, which will probably be hamburgsteak, a salad, and a bunch of shrimp. Thanks for the suggestion, I really want you to know I wont waste your time, and I changed it immediately, talk is cheap. So Ill show you. Ill take pictures tonight, and post them ASAP, and really show you that Im not a waste of time (ok, thats all the talk)

ROFL !!

You sure like your chicken and eggs, don’t you, Dave?

How do you prepare those eggs? Do you eat them whole or do you use more whites than yolks?

You don’t have any carbs in that diet. I don’t know if you suddenly changed to this diet recently or not, but if you cut carbs too quickly your body may store fat.
